I am so excited to work with you! The minor details about me are that I have extensive education, training, and experience in counseling, coaching, mentoring, and spiritual formation. I am forever dedicated to continuing my education, honing my skills, and becoming more self aware.  For over 20 years I have led individuals, teams, and organizations strategically toward growth and change. I am a manager, a pastor, a preacher, a speaker, a mama, a sister, a daughter, a friend, a recovering perfectionist, a writer, an amateur musician, and a dreamer. The joys and sorrows of life have propelled me to own my story - the good, the bad, and the ugly - and live with purpose and peace in the midst of it all. Most importantly, I am passionate about guiding people from all walks of life toward discovering purpose and peace.
