Words cannot express the mystery of such intimacy. Music doesn’t even quite touch it.

Draw me nearer to rest, nearer to peace, nearer to the heart of God.

“He is so kind, so gracious to me.

He made everything right and restored me.

Now I say to myself and all: relax and rest; be confident and serene.

Return to your rest, my soul

The Lord is good.”
